As the Forest City Film Festival (FCFF) is calling for submissions, the annual "Forest City 48" competition is gearing up to begin! Challenging teams to write, shoot, and edit a short film under a strict timeline, host Amy Simon is joined with FCFF Founder and Executive Director Dorothy Downs and Fanshawe Advanced Filmmaking professor Carson Haight to talk about this race against the clock.
